Governor Jesse Ventura was elected in the Minnesota gubernatorial election of 1998 as an Independent and member of the Reform Party. His victory is considered one of the greatest political upsets in U.S. history.
U.S. Congressman Ron Paul was first elected to Congress in 1976. For more than two decades, he has advocated the abolishment of income taxes and cutting the size and power of the federal government.
Keelan Dimick will be performing at the Stephen Sondheim Center for the Performing Arts on Saturday, August 2nd. This is the second in a series benefit concerts for KRUU-FM. We hope to see you all there and expect some magical surprises.
