More or less coinciding with the 27th anni
versary of John Lennon's passing, but mostly just 'cause I've got a ton of recently acquired Beatles-related stuff:
1. The 'Sgt. Pepper' Multitracks. Possibly the most famous album in music history was recorded using two 4-track reel-to-reel machines. Some of the individual tracks have come to light, including those for "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band", "With a Little Help from My Friends" and "A Day in the Life", and we'll be delving into them. No matter how well you know this album I promise you will hear things you never heard before. read more »
