"Country Music, U.S.A." was the first definitive&nbsp;history of country music and has been called "the Bible&nbsp;for country music history."&nbsp;Just recently re-published in it's Third Revised Edition. Bill is also the author&nbsp;of the books <strong>"Don't Get Above Your Raisin': Country Music and the Southern Working Class"</strong>, <strong>"Singing Cowboys and Musical Mountaineers"</strong>&nbsp;and more.
