lost chordOn this week's show Justin Hayward and the moody bluesMoody Blues take center stage early with a tribute set to their classic 1968 LP "In Search of the Lost Chord" (album cover). Their sound was distinctive and their lyrics resonate with the seeker in us all. You'll hear the tracks, "Legend of a Mind" and "OM". Drift back with nostalgia to the golden era. Sprinkled throughout the evening, other guest from the same period will visit including Pentangle and Simon & Garfunkel.

By popular request, Joan Armatrading, Duncan Sheik and Rupert Hine return with tracks never heard on Fringe Toast. These three were among the artists featured on the "Songs for Tibet" CD explored on last week's show. This time we dig into their personal vaults. Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds offer live tracks from their 2007 concert at Radio City Music Hall in NYC.

In the second hour chillout set, DJ Andy Bargerstock resurrects downtempo, blues-electronica dream tracks from Zero 7, Air, Aratone, and the Alpinestars. Lower the lights and let your silence swim in the aroma of sweet sounds.
