caravan(See link to play list at bottom -- read more). This week's show begins with something new and something vintage.  Vermont-based, Grace Potter (photo) and the Nocturnals, offer track "Colors."  Then, from early '70s grace potterCanterbury, England, you will hear little-known band, Caravan (photo), featuring distinctive organ talents of Richard Sinclair with three-song set flowing into fellow Canterbury jazz-rock wizards, Soft Machine, doing "Penny Hitch" (1973).  Yet, the highlight of the evening will come in the last set of the show featuring the CD, Slow Music for Yoga, and the 16-minute track, "Emptiness of Form" performed by Pakistani artists, Annapurna and Shafqat Ali Khan. You don't want to miss this set. Your heart will soar like an eagle...

In between, enhanced your music collection by the talents of Harry Manx and Kevin Breit (blues, East Indian influences), The Rescues (notable vocalists from bluegrass/country/folk), song-writer Laura Veirs, and smooth electornic ambient music from Honeyroot, Starseed, Meanderthals, and Future Loop Foundation.  Oh, yes, DJ Andy Bargerstock's Fringe Toast continues to be the best place to explore the leading edges of the music scene.
