Father David Rodney Fox has served as the Pastoral Minister of Covenant House www.covenanthouse.org New Jersey in Newark for six and a half years. Father David is a graduate of Wake Forest University in NC (BA), Princeton Theological Seminary in Princeton, NJ, St. Vladimir's Orthodox Theological Seminary in Crestwood, NY and Drew University in Madison, NJ (PhD). Having served 10 years as a Protestant pastor, and a few years as a college professor, Fr. David and his family converted to Eastern Orthodoxy in 2003. Alongside his work at Covenant House, for nearly three years, Fr. David has been serving as an Orthodox Christian priest at St. Nicholas Albanian Orthodox in Jamaica Estates, NY.

Fr. David is the first Pastoral Minister in Newark and has been involved in street ministry to urban kids, going to jails, courts, food banks, and shelters with homeless youth, working with a diverse staff of social workers, attorneys, doctors, nurses, and addiction counselors, and leading classes and retreats

Molly McCauley
is currently the Director of Health Promotion for Hoffmann-La Roche, responsible for the strategy, planning, implementation and evaluation of the Choosing Health® program. She had been the Division Manager of AT&’s integrated Occupational Health Program which included clinical, health promotion, health fitness and job accommodation responsibilities. Molly was the National Director of the Health Promotion Program, Total Life Concept for 15 years, and is credited with the innovation of this comprehensive program for AT&T at a time when such programs were in their infancy.

Prior to joining AT&T, Molly spent 13 years in a variety of Clinical Nursing positions in pediatrics, intensive care, coronary care, emergency room and mobile intensive care.

She has been recognized since 1984 for her many publications and presentations in the area of Health Promotion. Molly currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Health Project, a non-profit group responsible for advancing Health Promotion programs and annually awarding the C. Everett Koop Award for excellence in prevention programming.
