At 1:30pm, Mike Pina, a spokesman for the United States Department of Agriculture speaks with James Moore, from Washginton DC, about an upcoming possible USDA decision that would allow Monsanto's Roundup Ready GM alfalfa come on the marketplace. Comments from citizens are welcomed, as part of an extended comment period, till midnight tonight (March 3rd, 2010).

At 1pm, James interviews Steve Briggs, author of India: Mirror of Truth, who will be speaking at the FF Public Library Thursday, March 4th at 7:30pm, sponsored by The Fairfield Quiet Zone. The booksigning event is a benefit for folks interested in creating a Quiet Zone for train traffic through Fairfield. Steve spent nine years working and traveling in India.
