Join host, Andrew Tint as he highlights the issues facing Generation Y.

This week Generation whY is exploring the personal story of Marco Saavedra. Marco grew up as an undocumented American, and has spent his life fighting for their rights. As part of Dream 9 and National Immigrant Youth Alliance, Marco has had his story covered by the New York Daily Post and the LA TIMES. In 2012, Marco got himself purposely arrested so he could bring attention to the mistreatment of immigrants in Broward County, Fla. I can't think of anything braver that, especially considering it might have led to deportation! Find out more about the life of Marco Saavedra on Generation whY.
