This week Andrew has his most inspirational interview yet. He's joined by millennial Marquell Smith.

Mr. Smith is an African American, who was discharged from the marines under Don't Ask Don't Tell (DADT). Mr. Smith then went on to become instrumental in getting it repealed. After that battle Mr. Smith fought for the legalization of gay marriage in Illinois, which was recently passed. Despite doing all of this, Mr. Smith still has time to fight for veterans rights with the McCormick foundation. Mr. Smith is also the founder of the Inclusive Community Project.
