Holy cow, the number one movie in the nation has come to the Fairfield Orpheum Theatre! The Hunger Games: Catching Fire is a phenomenon, "spectacular in every sense of the word."- Peter Travers, "Rolling Stone"; the top movie in the Catching Fire postercountry the last two weeks. Now that it's showing at the Orpheum we're making the bold prediction it will be number one again this weekend. Check out the Fairfield Weekly Reader to see the Orpheum Theatre's expanding variety of major events, happening both this weekend and soon, to see it's rapidly becoming Fairfield cultrual district's new hub for entertainment. New relaeses includes the latest from the Coen brothers, Inside Llewyn Davis, which "follows a week in the life of a young folk singer as he navigates the Greenwich Village folk scene of 1961. One of the Coens' richest, strangest and most potent films." We're flying into December which means a slew of award worthy films are coming very soon, including the biggest of the year: The Hobbit: the Desolation Of Smaug next week!
