This week on Generation whY, Andrew talks with Emily RappFinancial Services Research Assistant at American Enterprise Institute, AEI. Mrs. Rapp has recently been featured in US NEWS for her article on millennials and the housing market. On the first half of the show Andrew and Emily will discuss what millennials need to know before purchasing a home. The second half of the show will be a discussion about what Janet Yellen's appointment as Head of the Federal Reserve means for Generation Y. 

Emily provides analytical research and logistical support to Financial Services scholars to assist with their independent research projects. Emily is in charge of a wide range of duties, including data collection and manipulation; article research; conference planning and logistics; writing of conference event summaries; article posting to the web; and fielding of media requests. Serve as direct liaison between resident scholars and internal AEI departments.
