these two are the perfect metaphor for the music on this edition of centripetal sounds  it is too dang hot to do much of anything at all so all the music is languid  the show opens with a lenny kravitz song, flowers for zoe  and then we float into some t bone burnett, donovan, king crimson, and the electric prunes  my fave song, I  then in the second half we will slow it down and relax a bit with some slint, and some great blues by tony joe white, siegal-schwall, and john hartford the most energetic we will get is shawn phillips from second contribution  so if the air feels like its too thick to breathe  or your metabolism is slogging along   take a break with some cool music from the g man
