Dr. Donathan L. Brown, Ph.D., is Assistant Professor at Ithaca College and Editor-Elect for the Journal of Race and Policy. Dr. Brown conducts research at the intersection of race, rhetoric and public policy, particularly pertaining to African Americans and Latinos.
