(See play list link below).  In 1973, members of Jefferson Airplane including Grace Slick (photo left), Paul Kantner, and David Freiberg joined Grateful Dead's Jerry Garcia to create the LP called Baron Von Tollboth and the Chrome Nun. From this rarely-heard vintage album, you will hear tracks "Walkin'" and "White Boy (Transcaucasian Airmachine Blues)" to begin the program. Listen early!   In the first hour, Bonnie Raitt (photo right) takes the stage with her newly released cover of Gerry Rafferty's "Right Down the Line."  This is an outstanding track gently massaged with Bonnie's charming blues vocals.  On this evening, several new groups join the Fringe Toast family of artists from "off-the-beaten-track" including Crystal Castles, Wovenhand, 16 Horsepower, Oh Land, and Gem Club.  Based on last week's feedback, DJ UndergroundMan offers up more ear-pleasing tracks from Euphoria, Willis, and Fauxliage whose sonic seasonings delighted you in last week's second-hour Chill Session.
