"Kung Fu Panda" features Jack Black as Po the Panda, a lowly waiter in a noodle restaurant, who is a kung fu fanatic but whose shape doesn't exactly lend itself to kung fu fighting. In fact, Po's defining characteristic appears to be that he is the laziest of all the animals in ancient China. ... Friday is Forest Miller's 13th birthday! Forest is looking forward to enjoying the All Things Italian Art Walk. He may also enjoy Kung Fu Panda, opening Friday in Fairfield on the break. "Jack Black voices Po the Panda, who is a kung fu fanatic but whose shape doesn't exactly lend itself to kung fu fighting." Also starring Dustin Hoffman, Angelina Jolie, Jackie Chan and Lucy Liu. Believe in yourself!

You Don’t Mess With the Zohan starring Adam Sandler opens wide, including Ottumwa. Co-written by Judd Apatow, Sandler "returns to the ridiculous."

Chris will review films he's seen on DVD - You Kill Me; La Moustache; End of the Century: Story of the Ramones; Shake Hands With the Devil and Step Into Liquid.
