For simplicity sake the following facility areas were divided into Outside and Inside, Volunteer and Non-Volunteer groups. We felt that the replacement roofing, parking lot repaving and installation of solar panels had to be in someway handled by professionals supplemented by volunteers. And the same would go for electrical and plumbing inside the building.

 

Outside the number one priority would be roofing. There are leaks and they should be addressed before cold weather sets in. Inside perhaps the second restroom should be made operational as the solar panels conductors will have to be placed in the only useable restroom presently.

 

All projects would be facilitated greatly by a monthly calendar of Workdays, revolving mowing and cleaning schedules and the upkeep of a working list of new repairs, projects and planned maintenance. Volunteers for ongoing maintenance should be responsible for monthly or weekly time periods and probably should be assigned to teams of 2 rather than individuals as vacation or sickness or life might interrupt the natural flow and so there would always be a team member to finish the task. Other tasks on lists might be one or two workdays and then be done and taken off the list.
