Yes, Cameron. Thanks for stepping up to help. We will need it. Certainly in setting up on October 5th-getting the PA and equipment set, lighting, decorations,etc. We will have black lights, disco balls, strobes, fog machine and more. We'll also need help setting up and manning concessions, etc. We will need help tearing down and cleaning up as well.

We are putting together a flyer today and will be asking all DJ's to put on their myspace/friendster/facebook pages. We'd also want to make sure that every dj talks about this dance at least once per show-even a simple where/when is enough. We'll get something printed so DJ's can read but till then you can just make the announcement. Of course you should tell all your friends about it and tell them to tell their friends. If they ask, no alcohol will be available at the event. We will probably also need to distribute flyers-like the little tents on restaurant tables and posterizing street lights and bulletin boards,etc.
