Eat some dinner, but leave room for dessert as GREAT TASTE features a "live" interview with raw food chef, Ani Phyo. Ani's newest book, Ani's Raw Food Desserts-85 Easy, Delectable Sweets and Treats, was published last week. We'll find out how to create some simple and healthy final course magic PLUS several of our local home cooks will be in the studio with desserts they made from Ani's recipes.

Can gluten, dairy, processed-sugar, and cruelty-free really taste delicious? Is it easy to make nutrition-packed raw desserts? We're going to find out.

We'll break the matzot, chant the blessings, and enjoy a grand meal while discussing the ever-changing and ongoing topic of that timeless journey from bondage to liberation. He sold his worldly possessions and rented a big metal warehouse
behind a car wash in Columbia, South Carolina. He bought 4 native
granite mills and 40 chest freezers.

it's all part of GREAT TASTE's way of intellectually stimulating the appetite!

Our special guest is Joel Lippman, Professor of Art & English at the University of Toledo, who was appointed Poet Laureate of Lucas County, Ohio, in 2008. In addition, Joel has planted a vegetable garden for most of his adult life and loves to cook up good, plain food. He has traveled extensively and explored foods of many cultures. He continues to troll the ethnic markets in the Toledo area.

Together we'll be cooking up some great stir fry, too!
