U.S. Congressman Jim Leach. Mr. Leach has been an U.S. Congressman for thirty years. He served on the following Congressional Committees: Committee on International Relations, Chairman, Subcommittee on East Asian and Pacific Affairs, and the Committee on Financial Services.
